05 Spec-Driven AI Programming
Just saw GitHub officially released a spec kit, after reading the introduction, my viewpoint is:
- spec driven is a good methodology, but not a silver bullet, cannot solve essential problems
Because the fundamental problem of AI programming lies in human-machine dialogue, humans need to clarify instructions through vague natural language, tell computers what to do/think
Hoping spec workflow can constrain people to think clearly, speak clearly, isn't this just document constraints, implementation becomes moral norms
As a standardized practice no problem, makes software development more standardized, but definitely not the antidote for AI programming/AI efficiency improvement
