  • Soft capabilities include communication ability, leadership Potential mainly looks at growth speed Then looking at what changes occurred in these requirements after AI arrived:
  • Technical ability: experience requirements lowered, basic technical requirements unchanged
  • Execution ability: unchanged
  • Judgment ability: requirements increased significantly, the gap in hard capabilities between people is mainly reflected here (it was also here before, but not obvious)
