47 Eliminate Career Anxiety: Don't Take Company Matters to Heart
Previously wrote a MoWen article, distinguishing specialization and professionalism
Because I discovered there are 3 types of people in the workplace:
First type: Very strong professional ability, but immature
Second type: Very mature working methods, but average professional ability
Third type: Strong professional ability, and very mature and experienced in handling things
The third type belongs to the neighbor's child, excellent in all aspects
We often see the first two types, if professionalism and maturity each account for 50 points, you look around at your colleagues, you can roughly score them in your heart
Evaluate yourself, can also score yourself, then thinking about improving scores, you know how to operate: maintain strengths, compensate for weaknesses, who to learn from, who to ask for help when encountering issues, who is likely not helpful etc.
