50 Find Users, Not Peers

Programmer startups playing around are all rushing towards each other: Programmers make tool products for programmers, and hope programmers will pay
In the end, didn't find users, only found a bunch of peers, isn't this looking for trouble?
I often look at posts in v2ex creative zone, views are not low, PV in the thousands, but this forum is all peers --
I also wanted to get a v2ex account, post in the creative zone, get some exposure for my AI product
Later realized, this forum views are high indeed, but all viewed by peers, what's the use?
So, go out and find users, stay where users usually stay, definitely don't get confused
