59 Don't Make Demos, Make Products Directly
Since last year, I've been doing one thing, turning Demos into products, this is what I do at the company.
There's a joke in the industry about making AI products, saying you can release a Demo in one week, 3 months later it's still a Demo, by year end it's still a Demo. Then both me and my KPI failed.
The reason for this joke is because AI products release Demos very fast, then after releasing this Demo, it's about 45 points. If you want to raise from 45 points to 60 points, the time it takes might be 10 times the initial Demo release.
