When people reach 30, they start observing themselves inwardly, what are my interests, what are my characteristics, what is the inner drive that can excite me

This is a problem everyone needs to solve when they reach this stage, observe oneself inwardly, observe the world outwardly

There's a saying: think big, start small

It's about holistic view, look at the whole picture before doing things, browse the whole exam paper before taking exam

First take a full look, know your position, know what the most important upstream and downstream inputs and outputs are, then start working, this is the basic principle of working in the workplace

If you leave the workplace, this saying still makes sense, but not so easy to implement
